Jay Salkini - President and Chief Executive OfficerMr. Salkini founded Tecore Networks in 1991, and serves as President and Chief Executive Officer. He is a visionary pioneer in the development of integrated services applications for distributed and scalable mobile switching platforms. In 2005 he was granted a U.S. patent for a multi-protocol mobile switching platform. He has led the company as it: recorded consistent and impressive revenue growth; expanded the product portfolio, deployed mobile networks around the globe, and secured key industry validations. Previously, Mr. Salkini participated in the research and development of switching applications at Nortel and Siemens. He earned his Bachelor of Science, Electrical Engineering and Masters of Computer Engineering from Florida Atlantic University (FAU). In April 2009, Mr. Salkini received the FAU National Alumni Association Hall of Fame Award. |

Joseph F. Gerrity - Chief Financial OfficerMr. Gerrity serves as Chief Financial Officer, where he is responsible for financial management and directing the organization’s accounting functions. He served as AirNet’s CFO and Director of Strategic Planning beginning in 1999. Prior to 1999, Mr. Gerrity served with Harris Corporation, most recently as Controller of the Military and Space Division of Harris Semiconductor. Mr. Gerrity also served as CFO of COREdata. Mr. Gerrity holds an M.S. in Management from the University of Wisconsin and a B.S. in Management from Marquette. |

Casey Joseph - Chief Technology OfficerMr. Joseph joined Tecore Networks in 1992, and serves as Chief Technology Officer at Tecore Networks. He is responsible for the company’s road map of mobile networking innovations. He is a recognized industry expert in wireless core network communications, with over 20 years of experience in the design and development of networks around the world, and several patents in process dealing with specialized mobile communications. Previously, he worked with Nortel developing software architecture for wireless communication systems. Mr. Joseph earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Texas A&M University. |

Bruce K. Portell - Chief Operating OfficerMr. Portell is a proven leader with more than 30 years experience in the military communications and telecommunications industry, spanning his tenure in the U.S. Army, Westinghouse and Nortel Networks before joining Tecore Networks. As Chief Operating Officer of Tecore Networks, he is focused on the strategic business plan for propelling the company to the next level with his vast experience in driving sales, structuring alliances and bringing world-class products to market. He is an Army veteran and holds a Master's of Administrative Science degree from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing from Towson University. Most recently, Mr. Portell spent the last 12 years at Nortel and was responsible for directing and implementing service solutions for wireline, wireless, optical and enterprise business units of Nortel globally. |

Stephen D. Hayes - Vice President and General CounselMr. Hayes is Vice President and General Counsel and serves as the chief legal officer for the company. Before joining Tecore, he served as chief commercial counsel for Diveo Broadband Networks and while in private practice he specialized in commercial, corporate and telecommunications law. Mr. Hayes earned his Juris Doctor degree from the George Washington University School of Law and holds a BS in International Relations from the University of Southern California. |

Harry Lewis - Vice President, SalesMr. Lewis serves as Vice President of Sales, where he is responsible for the global strategic and tactical sales planning that will support Tecore’s growth in the U.S. and International markets. Previously, Mr. Lewis worked with Nortel Networks and Alcatel where his responsibilities included the management of marketing and new business and sales development. Mr. Lewis earned an Electrical degree from Eastern Ontario Institute of Technology. |

Amit Malhotra - Vice President, MarketingMr. Malhotra is responsible for crafting and communicating the value proposition of Tecore’s offerings to the company’s target markets. He has a broad background in wireless technologies including cellular, Wi-Fi, WiMAX, mesh and millimeter wave. Prior to this position, he was Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Accounts at Proxim Wireless. Previously, he was the Director of Marketing for the top 100 enterprise accounts at Sprint. He earned a BA at Dartmouth College and an MBA from the University of Michigan. |
